We are moving to our new facility

We are thrilled to share that our new, state-of-the-art facility is nearly ready, and we will be making the big move 10–14 December — for the very last time! This custom-designed space will be the permanent home for our animals, and we couldn’t be more excited.

The move will be staggered to minimise disruptions to orders. In some cases, we may ask you to receive your animals earlier in the week or the week prior. Additionally, shipments scheduled for 16–20 December will be rescheduled for the previous week unless they are time-sensitive.

Our customer service team will be in touch with anyone whose shipments may require rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and support as we settle into our forever home!

New portal feature: Deviated septum check on rats

Deviated septum checks for rats are now available as an option on our portal. Simply select it when placing your order, and the portal will automatically apply the additional $6/animal fee. The higher fee compared to mice reflects the need for two animal technicians to carry out the check. Let us know if you have any questions.
